CERTA's mission is to repurpose contaminated property through conventional real estate transactions, environmental liability transfers, and tax lien purchases. CERTA wants to transfer the environmental liability risk from a seller of contaminated property to us. Our goal is to put sites back into productive use quicker, strategic to the community and regulators, and for economic gain. Our alliance has 75 years combined experience in tackling environmental risk and brownfield redevelopment.
