CERTA purchased the Dayton Daily News property on May 25, 2018 which includes one 252,000 ft2 building that contains 189,364 ft2 of plant space and 62,636 ft2 of office space. The building is constructed of steel and masonry with a minimum six-inch 3,500 Pounds per Square Inch (PSI) concrete floors.

The western portion of the building consists of a one-story warehouse, while the eastern portion contains a three-story press room. Loading docks are present on the north and west sides of the building. At the south end of the parcel is a storm water retention pond and a small water tower utilized for fire prevention. Remaining areas of the Subject Property are either vacant land or landscaped/mowed areas.
