CERTA blossomed out of a three year strategic partnership in 2016. Principles of CERTA purchased the former Enquirer building in 2012, remediated the property, and redeveloped the property into a successful industrial development. In 2013, the principles purchased another Cincinnati brownfield property, remediated, and redeveloped the property. Once redeveloped, they found a high quality tenant (Printers Bindery). In 2015, the principles purchased eight industrial properties in Dayton, Ohio and a 32- Acre Brownfield in Reading, Ohio. Details of the projects can be found in the Experience Section.
